Most people still think of a salad as something on the side or before the main course, but if your salad can be a as glorious as this one it should be the main course!
Dinner salads can be meticulously planned for each and every ingredient and preparation and also putting it together on the fly with whatever leftovers you may have in the fridge. Had stake and potatoes last night? Put that on a bed of mixed greens and add on some steamed green beans and slice boiled eggs for example. Some salads don’t even need salad greens, just enough vegetables ( lets go for three or more ) and dress them with your favorite vinaigrette or dressing.
