There are so many yummy fruits and vegetables to choose from this season that you will be able to out together a “no cook” meal in no time. The easiest thing to do is to cut up some of your favorite finds from the famers market or local grocery, cut them any way you like and add a couple of dips, spreads, cheese and nuts. This will be your “go to” this summer and can be made ahead of time if needed.
The platter here has plenty of fresh tomatoes, radish, carrots, cucumber and new to the scene pluots, blackberries, sweet mango and papaya.
I added some almonds and red walnuts for texture.
Have fun and do think about it too much.
