Here’s the super easy recipe
SUPER MOON FRUIT AND BOTANICAL TEA MOCKTAIL
What You will need: Sachets of your choice or an airtight container to keep loose and some prepared ice.
Start with 1/2 cup each of dried hibiscus flowers and dried butterfly pea flowers
Then ad 1/4 each finely diced candied oranges, candied lemon, and dried blueberries. Mix well.
Fill your chose vessel of tea sachets or fill a beautiful tin or glass jar that is air tight to keep fresh.
For a single serving use one of the sachets or 3 tbsp of the tea mixture to make one 6 oz cup of tea. Add your choice of sweetener. Let cool.
Add ice to an 8oz glass. Fill it up halfway with your choice of regular or non-dairy milk. I used oat milk here.
Now pour over the milk with the cooled down tea and watch the magic happen! Decorate as you wish.
These can be made with or without milk of course.
If you want to get different colors:
In a tall glass add your ice first
Add some flat or sparkling water up to 2/3rds to the top. Then finish it with the Super Moon Fruit and Botanical Tea.
I encourage you to make these gorgeous botanical filled ice cubes to make a statement worthy drink that no one will care if there’s no alcohol in it.
